Here's another great classic color photo had captured of Sammy Hagar, at Day on the Green #1. Oakland Ca., May 6th 1979. Other bands who performed that same day...The Rockets, Eddie Money, Boston as the headliner.

This was another great historic Day on the Green concert that Bill Graham had thrown, back in 1979. This one was quite special, because I was let into the venue few minutes prior to 90,000 or more people. Was filmed being the first person on the green, running up to the front center of stage, minutes prior to thousands running down the isles...on to the green afterward.
